Constitution are not uploaded.
To upload Constitution login as administrator then select Club from Setup menu. (Setup menu is under Admin menu)
To remove Constitution menu from the Main Menu -
Login as administrator then select Club from Setup menu.
On this screen you can enable to disable Constitution from Main manu
